Easy Returns

You can request a return if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
Returns are not accepted for:
Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
Products without original packaging
Items marked as non-returnable
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, customers must share:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the issue
A complete unboxing video
Important Condition for Refunds & Replacements
To request a refund or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process
The visible damage, defect, or incorrect item upon opening
Requests raised without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
All returned products go through a quality inspection once received
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
Exchange
Exchanges are available based on product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost
For other eligible returns: A minimal return shipping fee may apply
