Warranty Coverage
Our products are covered under a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, fabric defects, or print defects.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
Color fading due to regular use or exposure to sunlight
Accidental damage, misuse, or alterations
Size-related issues (please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy)
How to Claim Warranty
To raise a warranty claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order ID, clear images/videos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Resolution
After verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
If a replacement is not available, an alternative solution will be provided.
Important Notes
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Products purchased during sales or clearance may not be covered under warranty unless stated otherwise.
