Eligible for return: Defective products, wrong size/color, damaged in transit. Not eligible: Undergarments, hygiene items, custom products, clearance sale items.
Step 1: Email support@quadralis.in with your Order #, photos, and issue description. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (RA) within 48 hours. Step 3: Ship back using prepaid label (we cover the cost). Step 4: Replacement or refund processed in 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variant, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@quadralis.in.
